Purpose of processing personal data
Personal data is processed for the use of:
- Maintaining and developing customer and potential customer relationships and subsribtions
- Communications, sales, direct marketing and research
The lawful basis for processing data is providing the service in accordance with the Lunni terms and services, legitimate interest or person’s consent.
Data content of the register
The register may include following data:
- Name
- e-mail address
- Mobile phone number
- Company and position
- Company address
- Communication history
- Direct marketing permissions and denials
- How customer has reacted to communication and direct marketing campaigns and utilization of the content
- Subscription details, purchase history, orders, tickets, feedback, invoicing and other communications and information related to purchases, communications and customer service.
Regular sources of data
The register is compiled from Lunni’s customers, leads, newsletter subscribers and publicly available internet sources and public & private registers.
Regular disclosure of data
The register holder will not regularly disclose any customer personal data to any third party unless required by Finnish authorities.
Transfer of data outside EU/EEA
Lunni Oy uses Mailchimp (USA) for technical execution of email marketing and email addresses are transferred outside EU/EEA. In case of transfer of your personal information to servers located outside EU/ ETA is necessary concerning the processing of the personal data or it’s technical execution, it is done in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Principles of register security
Personal data is kept confidential and stored in the register holder’s electronic database that is protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. Access to the system is limited to selected personnel binned by the obligation of confidentiality.
Correction and audition of data
Registered has right to check what information about him or her has been stored in the register and right to request correction of incorrect data. Request for correction must be made in written form and include corrected information. Request for correction is to be send in the above mentioned person responsible for register.
Removing of data
Data can be removed from the register in case the registered requests it or legitimate interest no longer exists. Obsolete and unnecessary data will be properly disposed of.
Prohibiting the use of data
The registered has the right to prohibit the data being disclosed and used for direct marketing and other marketing purposes. Registered has also right to revoke consent and object the processing of personal data if the processing is based on consent.
Lunni.fi website visitor monitoring
This website uses the Google Analytics tool for visitor tracking provided by Google Inc. (hereinafter Google). The analytics tool’s JavaScript code will be run every time the page is loaded. Google Analytics uses a series of cookies to identify visitors that are small text files stored by the browser on your computer. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers, for example, in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of compiling reports on website activity that are used to compile visitor statistics and improve service.
The cookies collect visitor information in an anonymous form. Users may disable cookies by selecting Disable cookies on their browser settings. In such a case, users cannot necessarily use all features and functionalities of the website. By using this website, users agree to the data collected by Google for the abovementioned purposes.
In addition to the abovementioned web analytics tool, other such tools for visitor tracking can be in use at lunni.fi. The tools may store more detailed information on visitors than Google Analytics mentioned above like how registered have reacted to email marketing and the usage of offered content. Basically, the tool does not, however, store, for example, information that identifies the users’ name. The tools can be used, for example, to deliver personalised content or detect mouse movements at lunni.fi, in accordance with the defined rules of behaviour.
Google Analytics also collects data on the interests of visitors on the basis of what websites the visitor’s browser has visited in the Google Display Network and, on the basis of this data, evaluates the visitor’s demographic data. Google Analytics only collects data anonymously on the assumed interests of visitor groups and the assumed demographic data on visitor groups. No data on the visited websites and individual visitors will be collected.
