Name of the register
Lunni Oy's customer and marketing register (company and their contact persons).
Purpose of processing personal data
Personal data may be used for the following purposes:
- To manage a relationship based on customer and business contact, to manage, manage and develop marketing, advertising and/or direct marketing, and to conduct research.
- In addition, data may be processed on the basis of and in accordance with the consent of the data subject.
Data to be registered
The personal register may contain information on data subjects according to the following categories:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Mobile phone number
- Company and position
- Company address details
- Direct marketing authorisations and prohibitions
- Customer communication or direct marketing measures targeted at the data subject and information on how the data subject has made use of them
- Information on the services ordered by the customer, their delivery and billing
- Customer and other business-related contact and communication through various channels and media (e.g. complaints and other feedback, and recordings of customer service calls)
Regular data sources for the personal register
The register is composed of Lunni Ltd's customers, clients, subscribers to the newsletter and any publicly available internet sources, tools, public or private registers or from the data subject himself/herself when filling in the form on the website.
Regular data disclosures
The controller will not disclose data subjects' personal data to third parties, except where required by Finnish authorities.
Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
Lunni Oy uses the US-based MailChimp email service for newsletter communications, in which case personal data is transferred outside the European Union. However, the personal data is protected as required by the Personal Data Act.
Principles for the protection of the register
Personal data is kept confidential. The data contained in the register is stored in a password-protected electronic system of the controller, accessible only to certain predefined persons employed by or acting on behalf of the controller who need access to the system for professional or similar reasons. The data network of Lunni Oy and the equipment on which the register is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures. The persons who process the register data are subject to the obligation of professional secrecy.
Right of access and rectification of data
In accordance with the Personal Data Regulation, the data subject has the right to check what data relating to him or her have been recorded in the personal data file. The Regulation also gives the data subject the right to request the correction of inaccurate information contained in the register. The request for correction must identify the error to be corrected and specify the data corrected. The written request for correction should be sent to the person responsible for the register mentioned above.
Deleting data
Data may be deleted at the request of the data subject, due to the end of the customer relationship, the end of the subscription to the newsletter or when the relevant context no longer exists.
Right of prohibition
Data subjects have the right to object to the disclosure and processing of their data for direct marketing and other marketing purposes.
Lunni.fi visitor tracking
This website uses Google Analytics software, provided by Google Inc. (hereinafter ”Google”), to track users. The javascript code of the tracking program is run on the service on each page load. Google Analytics identifies the user by means of cookies, which are text files placed on your computer by your browser.
The user data collected by cookies is anonymous, i.e. the visitor cannot be identified by cookies alone. However, the information obtained from cookies may be linked to information obtained from the user in any other context, for example when the user fills in a form on our site. The user can block the use of cookies by selecting the "block cookies" option in his/her browser settings. In this case, you may not be able to use all the functionalities of the site. By using this website, you consent to the collection of data by Google for the purposes set out above.
In addition to the user tracking software mentioned above, other user tracking software may be used on the Lunni.fi website. User tracking software may store more detailed visitor information than the Google Analytics mentioned above,
such as customer communication or direct marketing measures targeted at the data subject and information on how the data subject has used them, for example:
- visitor's IP address
- the date of the visit
- pages browsed and page viewing times
- visitor's browser
- completed forms
- the website from which the data subject has accessed the Lunni Ltd website
However, the visitor data collected by Google Analytics cannot, in principle, be identified as belonging to the visitor or his/her family or those living in the same household. For example, the software may be used to present content personalized according to defined behavioral rules or to identify mouse movements on the Lunni.fi website. Google Analytics also collects information about visitors' interests based on the sites visited by the visitor's browser on the Google Display Network and uses this data to evaluate the demographics of the visitor. Google Analytics only collects anonymous information about the expected interests of visitor groups and the expected demographics of visitor groups. No information is collected about the sites visited or individual visitors.
