Materflow Oy streamlined the offering, ordering, delivery and invoicing of 3D printing.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now, once again, more power was sought from digitalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materflow chose the Lunni CRM system as its future sales growth platform. The choice was influenced by the system's usability, adaptability to the company's processes and integrability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lunn has streamlined Materflow's previously manual bidding process. In Materflow's case, the company's products are always unique - different sizes, different materials. The product features of CRM systems are often put to the test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The Materflow vendor drags the 3D files received from the customer to Lunni CRM.
2. The number of product lines required for the quotation is automatically generated in the lot, supplemented with the dimensions of the 3D objects in the files.
3. The offer is made as visual as possible and the 3d files are displayed as rotatable images in the vendor's view.
4. The pricing phase is automated. The prices corresponding to the dimensions of the products are retrieved via API from the pricing system.
5. The offer is sent with just a few clicks. The customer receives a cover letter containing a link to the offer with Lunni Secure Swipe functionality.
6. The customer can open the link securely and see a visual offer with the customer's branding.
7. From the seller's perspective, sending an offer automatically updates the stage of the sales opportunity to the desired state in the sales process, \u201dOffered\u201d.
8. The customer can download a pdf version of the offer, comment on the offer or accept it electronically as an order.
9. The commenting between customer and seller is implemented as a CHAT-type functionality, where both receive notification of each other's new comments. The comment chain is also displayed to both as an unbroken chain.
10. When all the details are clear to both sides - the customer can confirm the order electronically.
11. The seller receives notification of the order and the sales opportunity moves to the stage in the sales process corresponding to the order, which may be \u201dWon\u201d, for example.
12. Lunni transfers order information to the billing system when it is time to send invoices to customers.
13. In addition, with just a few clicks, Lunn allows you to print the shipping documents required for your shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, the entire process from the request for quotation to the invoice transferred to the financial management system is digitalised in a seamless way, even to the extent that the journey of the finished product to the customer can be tracked using the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Ordering parcels via Lunn saves Materflow about 4 hours of working time per day, and the direct cost of sending parcels is reduced by almost exactly \u20ac1000 per month. The company saved around 800-1000 hours of working time per year. In addition to this, transport costs were reduced by around 12000e per year.
